Refund & Cancellation Policy – Satya Global Studies

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules related to purchases, subscriptions, refunds, cancellations, and course validity on the Satya Global Studies Platform (“Platform”).

By purchasing any course, test series, subscription, or service, the user agrees to the following terms:

1. General Policy

All purchases made on the Platform are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable once the payment is successfully completed.

This applies to:

  • Online courses
  • Live and recorded classes
  • Test series and quizzes
  • E-books and PDFs
  • Skill development modules
  • Subscription plans
  • Any digital or downloadable content

2. No Refund Policy

Refunds will NOT be provided under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind or personal reasons
  • Improper device performance or low internet speed
  • User not using or completing the course
  • Duplicate purchase caused by user error
  • Course not meeting personal expectations
  • User account suspension due to violation of terms
  • Expired course validity

Since all content is digital and can be accessed instantly, no partial or full refunds will be issued.

3. Exceptional Refund Cases (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered ONLY in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  1. Payment deducted but course not activated
  2. Multiple payments deducted due to technical error
  3. Transaction failure

In such cases, users must provide:

  • Transaction ID
  • Payment screenshot
  • Registered mobile number / email

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users cannot cancel:

  • Purchased courses
  • Subscription plans
  • Live batches
  • Test series
  • Study materials

All purchases are final.

5. Course Validity

  • Each course or test series comes with a specific validity period.
  • After the validity expires, access automatically ends.
  • Users cannot request validity extension or transfer.

6. Technical Issues

Satya Global Studies is not responsible for:

  • Network problems
  • Device issues (low RAM, storage, outdated OS)
  • Incorrect login attempts
  • User-side technical failures

These do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

7. Fraud or Misuse

No refunds will be issued if:

  • User shares account credentials
  • User downloads or attempts to illegally copy content
  • User violates Terms & Conditions or engages in misconduct

This may also lead to account termination.
