Terms & Conditions – Satya Global Studies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Satya Global Studies website, mobile application, or any associated services (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must be competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Minors may use the Platform only under parental or guardian supervision.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.
• Satya Global Studies is not liable for any unauthorized access caused due to your negligence.

4. Permitted Use

The Platform provides:

• Study material
• Live and recorded classes
• Test series and quizzes
• Skill development modules
• Academic, competitive, and technology-based learning resources

All content is provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial learning use.

You must not:

• Share, distribute, sell, copy, or reproduce any content
• Upload, publish, or transmit illegal, unauthorized, or harmful material
• Use automated tools/scripts to access or download content
• Allow others to use your account

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including videos, notes, questions, graphics, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Satya Global Studies.
No rights are transferred to the user except a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning.

Any attempt to:

• Modify
• Republish
• Reverse engineer
• Create derivative works

is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments, Purchases & Validity

• All purchases made on the Platform are non-transferable and tied to the registered account only.
• Course fees, subscription charges, or material fees cannot be shared or transferred to another user.
• Validity of courses is mentioned at the time of purchase and cannot be changed once activated.

7. Service Modifications

Satya Global Studies reserves full rights to:

• Modify or update any feature, course, or content
• Add or remove functionalities
• Discontinue services temporarily or permanently

Such changes may occur without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to hack or bypass platform security
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Creating multiple accounts for misuse
• Uploading harmful files, viruses, or malicious code
• Sharing login details outside their household

Any violation may lead to legal action under IT Act, 2000.

9. Termination of Access

Satya Global Studies may suspend or permanently terminate your access if:

• You violate any terms
• Provide false information
• Engage in abusive behavior or misconduct
• Breach intellectual property rules

No refunds will be issued upon termination due to misconduct.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links to third-party tools or websites.
Satya Global Studies is not responsible for:

• Accuracy
• Legality
• Availability
• Security of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability.  

Satya Global Studies will not be liable for:

• Any loss of data
• Technical issues due to internet or device failure
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Disruptions beyond our control (server downtime, cyber-attacks, etc.)

Users are responsible for ensuring device compatibility and stable internet connectivity.

12. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or revised at any time.
Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh, or another competent court as decided by the company.
